Would you like to gain insight into personal data protection issues? Throughout the course, you will explore key aspects of personal data protection matters and learn how to properly plan and implement processes related to personal data protection.

  • Terminology and explanations characteristic of the field of personal data protection according to national legislation.


  • Principles and grounds of data processing.


  • Learn how to plan and implement video and audio monitoring in accordance with the legislation.

  • Understand how to conduct biometric data processing, profiling, and processing of minors' data.


  • Receive detailed insight into the rights and responsibilities of your organization (data controller) and your subcontractor (data processor).


  • Learn what types of obligations must be considered during the outsourcing of your organization's services and at the contract agreement stage with subcontractors.


  • Additionally, gain knowledge of the mechanisms to be implemented to protect the rights of your customers and employees (data subjects).


  • Explore the requirements necessary for data transfer to another state and key aspects for correctly managing relations with the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office).
